I understand the value in ensuring UCD and HCI is at the forefront of the digital design process.

The benefits of adopting a human-system interaction approach from the outset of a project assists greatly in achieving the seemless interaction users need, resulting in cost-saving over time by avoiding expensive roundtrip modifications to a fully developed system.

As a digital project manager, I am often called upon to act as a stand-in user experience or information architecture expert meaning I have six years’ hands-on skills in this area, including the following:
