I have experience delivering multiple digital projects for creative agencies and clients, on time and to budget.

I have a proven track record in online media and dealing with the management of all online processes.

My varied background means I have delivered websites, CMS systems, multilingual campaigns in various multimedia formats, large-scale information pieces and digital outdoor.

My project management experience includes estimating project costs, issues, risks, strategy, resourcing, milestones, financial reconciliations and budgeting for each project.

Typically, this means being responsible for managing the entire production process throughout the project lifecycle and reporting to clients.

My industry background covers over eleven years in predominantly agency side technical and creative roles with brief stints incorporating significant client side experience. As a project manager with a hands on background, I can effectively communicate to designers and developers with ease.

I have worked for Internet startups, Interactive, Above the line (ATL) and Integrated agencies and the largest global names in IT, Telecoms, FMCG, lifestyle, automotive and blue-chip companies.

I maintain an active interest in Extreme Programming (or XP) and Agile methodologies for iterative, feature driven development.

This project management process allows for frequent inspection and adaptation; encourages team work, self-organization and accountability; a set of engineering best practices that allow for rapid delivery of high-quality software; and a business approach that aligns development with customer needs and company goals.
